In order to enter this promotion you must have a smart phone or access to the internet. Libraries and internet cafés offer internet access to the general public.

Where do I find the last 4 digits of the 13 digit barcode number and the pack time code?

You can find your barcode on the back of your Darts Pro’s promotional pack. The time code is a 4 digit code with a colon and is also on the back of your pack below the Best Before date.

Must I purchase a promotional pack to enter?

Yes, non-promotional pack codes will not be accepted as entries into the promotion.

Where can I purchase a promotional pack from?

Promotional packs are available at local supermarkets and newsagents.

What are the prizes?

Weekly prize: There is 1 prize to be won per week throughout the main promotional period. There are 17 x Xbox 360 Kinect consoles (250GB), PDC darts games and Kinect sports games.

Main prize: 3 × prizes consisting of a Darts Pro’s event to be organised at the winner’s local pub includes attendance of 2 × PDC Darts Pro’s, food and drink allowance for you and 3 × mates (max £100 per person) travel allowance for you and 3 × mates (max £50 per winner), signed merchandise (dartboard and T-shirt), plus an Xbox 360 Kinect (250GB), PDC darts game and Kinect sports game.

What is the Special extra draw?

Entries received between 7th January 2013 and midnight on 26th April 2013 will be entered into one final prize draw with 1 × Xbox 360 Kinect console (250GB), PDC darts game and Kinect sports game.

When is the closing date for the Special extra draw?

The Special extra draw closing date is midnight 26th April 2013. The winner of this draw will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.

How many times can I enter?

There is a maximum of 3 entries per person per day using the last 4 digits of the barcode and the 4 digit time code from your promotional pack.

No entrant may use their computer to enable multiple entries. In such an event that person’s entry/entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

How will I know if I’m a winner?

Winners will receive a winner notification email containing detail as to how to claim the prize.

How can I claim my weekly prize?

Prize winners must respond to winner notification email within 28 days and then send in their winning promotional pack, a printout of their winner notification email (ensuring their name, unique reference number, country and clearly legible) together with their proof of ID to:

Prizes will only be dispatched upon verification of identity and packs. All prizes will only be dispatched to the address provided at the time of registration/entry.

How can I claim my Darts Pro’s main prize?

What will happen if I don’t action my winners email?

If a winner cannot be contacted within 28 days from first attempting to do so, or after initial contact does not send in the appropriate details for validation, or does not meet the verification criteria then the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and re–draw a new winner.

What is proof of ID?

Proof of ID constitutes: a photocopy of drivers licence or passport. It must clearly show the same name and address that were submitted as part of the online entry.

How can I show proof of my age?

Proof of age constitutes: a photocopy of drivers licence or passport.

How many times can I win?

Only one prize can be won per household during the promotional period.

Only one prize may be redeemed per winning pack.

Consumers who try to claim their prize by sending in a promotional pack for verification that has a different barcode and time code to that submitted at time of entry will have their prize claim disqualified.

My code is not recognised, what should I do?

First of all make sure you are using a Darts Pro’s promotional pack. Secondly, make sure you are entering the last 4 digits of the 13 digit barcode number on the back of your promotional pack and also the 4 digit pack time code which can be found under the best before date.

If this still does not work please call our Customer Care line (For England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland on: 0800 7835456 and for ROI: 1800 551679) who will attempt to see if there is a fault. If we are not experiencing any problems with the website and you have a correct code, we would advise you to send your pack to customer service and they will send you a new pack with a new code.

I don’t have a code on my promotional pack/ the code on my pack is illegible — can I still enter the promotion?

I have purchased more than 5 handy packs and they all have the same pack code combination. The website won’t let me enter any more than 5, what can I do?

I have received an email informing me that my prize claim is invalid. Why is this?

Any of the following will result in an invalid prize claim:

My prize is faulty. What can I do?

If the item received is damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt. We will then arrange collection for the damaged item.

After this time however please contact Microsoft directly, all the relevant warranty info will be in the box. To validate this warranty, you must ensure you register your product with Microsoft as soon as possible on receipt of goods.

No cash refunds will be offered.
